In April of 2008, USRowing announced a partnership with WinTech Racing to support the growth of adaptive rowing in the United States. WinTech Racing will serve as a resource for USRowing organizations to promote the benefit of adaptive rowing in America. The joint objective is to increase the number of adaptive rowing programs by making it easier and faster for clubs and other organizations to obtain the information, guidance and training required to start one. The initiative was launched in June of 2009.
